Vacation Cabin Rental Policy
Check In time is after 3:00 P.M.
NO EARLY CHECK INS Please!
Check Out time is 10:00 A.M.
If you are planning a late arrival time,
please contact our cabin rental office during business hours to make
arrangements. At the time of check in you will be required to sign a
rental agreement and pay any outstanding balance in full.
A $100 deposit is required at the time
of reservation. 
We accept all major credit cards, travelers
checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Personal checks are only
accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival day. Upon arrival, please
report any damage or problems or we will assume they occurred during
your stay. Deposits may be used for telephone charges, movie rentals,
smoking, lost keys, or for having too many guests.
We have a two night general minimum stay
and a three night minimum stay on holidays and during the months of
July and October.
Cabin Rental Reservations: All
vacation cabin reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa,
MC, Discover and American Express accepted). No reservations held on
declined credit cards. Total rental charges due at check-in. Unless
prior arrangements are made, there will be a $10 per person, per night
charge for all cabin guests over two unless noted.
Cabin Rental Cancellations: 30
days in advance of arrival date. 29 - 14 days in advance will be charged
$100.00 that can be applied to another stay within 1 year. 13 days or
less in advance will be charged full rental amount unless we are able
to re-book the cabin for the same time period. Note: No refunds given
for weather conditions. No cancellations accepted via telephone.

Pet Friendly Lodging: We
are a pet friendly cabin, however, we charge a non-refundable
pet fee and pet agreement is required. Please bring your pet’s
bedding and/or crates as we do not allow pets on furniture or
beds. For your dogs safety, they must be on leashes at all times
when outside and pets are not to be left unattended in cabins.
Owners will be responsible
for any damage caused by their pet. Please ask before bringing
your travel companion along, as it may result in forfeiture of
security deposit.
