rates are based upon 4 guests. There is an additional charge of $10.00
per person, per night for more than 4 guests. Children 12 and under stay free. a one time fee of $45.00 is charged for the first pet and each additional pet is $15.00 extra. The peak months of June, July & October require a 3 night min. stay and some holidays have a 4 night min. stay. Please ask for details when making your reservation. All 2 night rentals are at the Prime Rate except on Holidays. |
